Day 180: Getting Fit Journey

My weight: 165 lbs

The main progress over the past few months has been in diet. Chicken and vegetables or taco soup flor lunch almost every day, calories consumed are between 1100-1400 on average with an average daily run time of 30 -35 minutes. The run time is split into two runs – morning run is about 12 minutes long, just a short one-miler around the neighborhood with the dog. The after work run is anywhere from 20-40 minutes on average.
