This crust is easy, flaky, and frankly – better then the store bought stuff.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil or canola oil
- 1/4 cup ice water
Directions
Mix flour and salt in a med bowl.

Emulsify the oil and water until it’s thick-ish.

Mix the oil/water mixture with the salt/flour mixture.
Press into 9″ pie crust
Bake at 400F until done. Usually about 30-40min.
