Pizza dough

  • 2-2 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour OR bread flour¹ divided (250-295g)
  • 1 packet instant yeast² (2 ¼ teaspoon)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛-¼ teaspoon garlic powder and/or dried basil leaves optional
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil + additional
  • ¾ cup warm water³

Add the salt to the flour, mix with a fork.

Heat water to 110, add sugar, yeast, oil, mix.

Add wet to dry and mix until thick then Kneed.

Let Rise 1-3hr

Kneed, divide, Roll.

Bake on a steel.

This is without a doubt the best baking accessory I’ve ever encountered. The crust on the pizza is insane.

I can’t wait to try it on the grill too. We enjoyed making some grilled sandwiches on it recently and the crunch was incredible. La planche!
